The Electorate of Prospect is home to the largest and most vibrant Christian communities in NSW, with faith playing an important and meaningful role in many lives within the Electorate and throughout Western Sydney.
On 13th December 2021, the Patriarchs and Heads of Catholic, Orthodox, and Protestant Churches in Jerusalem signed a Joint Statement on the current threat to the Christian Presence in the Holy Land.
I urge without criticism, the Israeli Government, inclusive of local politicians, officials and law enforcement agencies, to work with Catholic, Orthodox, and Protestant leaders in Jerusalem to provide a safe and secure home for Christians in the Holy Land.
