The NSW Government does NOT support our workers

If there is one act that shows how two-faced the Government is and how it betrays working people, working families and those on the front line of the COVID pandemic, it is this bill—the Workers Compensation Amendment Bill 2021.

To remove provisions that are designed to make it quicker and easier for workers in prescribed employment to claim and access workers compensation entitlements would further cripple already greatly disadvantaged workers and their families.

For every essential, frontline worker; for all of those who worked to keep us safe—I oppose this legislation.
