Religious Vilification in NSW must be made unlawful

I spoke in support of the Anti-Discrimination Amendment (Religious Vilification) Bill 2021 before the Parliament of NSW.

This Amendment would make it unlawful to vilify a person or group of persons on the ground of a specific religious belief or affiliation.

In the Electorate of Prospect, we are fortunate to welcome a vast number of different religious beliefs and affiliations.

Many member of our community have fled their nations of origin due to religious persecution and have made Western Sydney their home. We must protect these families.
